Tim And Eric’s Eric Wareheim and Doug Lussenhop’s curated program of clips hits the Heaven Gallery on Thursday

It’s been a particularly Adult Swim-filled year in Chicago so far: We’ve already seen Tim and Eric, Dethklok, and last weekend, Aqua Teen Hunger Force’s Dana Snyder and Dave Willis passed through town. The AS train keeps rolling on Thursday, with Heaven Gallery’s four-day Select Media Festival 8 kicking off with a selection of clips curated by Eric Wareheim and Doug Lussenhop (a.k.a. Tim and Eric tour opener DJ Douggpound). Among the clips expected to première: Wareheim’s video for Major Lazer/Diplo’s “Pon De Floor,” Tim and Eric’s game-show pilot for The New Big Ball With Neil Hamburger, plus clips of Tim And Eric’s upcoming fifth and final season. There will also be clips screened by non-Adult Swim folks like Fatal Farm, the makers of the geniusly silly Garfield re-enactments “Lasagna Cat.” The night’s full lineup can be viewed here.
