Tegan And Sara
Twins Tegan And Sara are pretty, charismatic, and write melodic, electronically tinged, and utterly inoffensive pop songs that work really well on television shows like The Hills. After 2004’s breakout album So Jealous, which contained the earworm-infested “Walking With A Ghost,” the band hooked up with wimp-rock maestro Chris Walla (Death Cab For Cutie) to record 2007's The Con, and got back together with him for 2009's Sainthood. It’s not exactly a giant leap for a band that often seems afraid of taking them, but the songs should sound awfully nice on Grey’s Anatomy.
